Tolerance Museum

Markas Zingeris, founder of the Vilna Gaon State Jewish Museum.
Three exhibits:
a new exhibit of twenty displays on "Lithuanians behind the iron Curtain" that is available to travel and display anywhere in the world, hopefully to Boston.
Art inspired by the Holocaust. in the case of the bronze below, a well known Lithuanian sculptor reacting to remnants he found in a village.
And third, the stories of child survivors of the holocaust.
The museum is committed to reaching out to school groups to understand the history and work toward tolerance.
